+ The location is excellent + I liked the variety of breakfast options and the happy hour between idea in the evenings where you can get a snack free of charge if you paid for the breakfast. + reception staff are attentive and respectful. - Most of the other staff I encountered are NOT experienced enough. On arrival We had to wait for 20 minutes for our luggage to be sent to our rooms. Also, when we reached the hotel entrance no body from the staff offered us a help to carry the luggage!! Despite the fact the time we arrived there were no other customers at all!! Unfortunately, That made our first impression not really impressive. - Making up the room was SUBOPTIMAL in all measures. It was like a super quick make up. No real cleaning.

It is near to many touristic Activities and located in an active street. The staff members who work at the breakfast restaurant are very nice and helpful, make you happy with their smiles and welling to help. The reception people are well qualified and helpful, they do their best for you to be happy.

We always stay at The Biltmore when we visit Tbilisi and it is always a pleasure. We are an elderly couple and I use a walker, so I especially appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. At breakfast, which was a delicious spread, Mariam carried my plate so I could select what I wanted.
